Software packages to calculate global and local morphological characteristics of point processes:






minkowski1 (ANSI C)

...calculates global averages of Minkowski functionals (quermass integrals) for a given point process; the package is applicable to periodic data and contains a parallelized version.




minkowski2 (ANSI C)

...calculates global averages of Minkowski functionals (quermass integrals) for a given point process; the package includes exact boundary corrections applicable to arbitrary boundary geometries (including periodic data).

...calculates partial (local) Minkowski functionals (partial quermass integrals) for a given point in a point process; the package includes exact boundary corrections applicable to arbitrary boundary geometries (including periodic data). The averages over the partial functionals are the global ones.




minkowski5 (ANSI C)

...calculates vector-valued Minkowski functionals and associated curvature centroids, suitable for the analysis of galaxy clusters.
